Clip In's

Me and my friend got clip in extensions a couple weeks ago and we love them. They are my favorite cause I can take them out at night and am able to wash my hair and sleep without having them in then I put them in in the morning. I had some before that I had for almost a year and are still in great condition I just wanted to get really long ones. You can treat them like your real hair and straighten and curl them. I have been wearing mine in a loose curl lately and love the look that they have. I do these extensions for $150 and that includes the price of extensions, cutting them and layering them to look more natural, and I will teach you how to put them in and label them so you know where the placement goes.

Kaitlin's Wedding

I did my friend Kaitlin's hair for her wedding reception. She is the one that I just put extensions in last month. She looked beautiful! We did ringlets by wrapping the hair around a rod and pinned her bangs back. It was a fun night and I am so happy for them!

I think the greatest time to get them is right before fall and that way you won't be hot wearing them during the summer. I do bead lock extensions and clip ins. Tip of the week

Dull, lifeless hair can be a sign of a poor diet. Try cutting down on cholesterol and fats. Your hair will look better when you eat healthier!

Sorry I haven't posted anything in 2 months but I am back on track and ready to give tips and deals every month. This months deal is a FREE Deep Conditioner Service with any color service. These are great when you get a color done cause when you color your hair it opens up the cuticle and by getting a deep conditioner it seals the cuticle back up and helps your color to last longer. Tip of the week

To reduce damage on your hair. Towel dry your hair really well after showering and before you blow dry to minimize damage caused by the heat. I personally like to air dry my hair about 80 percent then I use a round brush on my hair and that way it doesn't take as long using the blow dryer and you aren't damaging it as bad by using less heat. Also use a good leave in conditioner or heat protector before you blow dry too.

Feather Extensions

I am now offering a new service at my salon. Feather Extensions have become really popular and they create a great look to any hair color. I will be charging $15 per feather extension. They last 6-8 weeks before you have to get them tightened and they can be reused. If any of you would like to get them done then click HERE to pick out the color you would like and let me know the color/colors and how many feathers you would like. Give me a week to order the feathers. The feathers can be washed, dried, and styled. You treat them just like it is your own hair. They are applied using a micro bead are are not damaging to your hair. Tip of the week

If you want longer lasting hair color wait at least 48 hours after getting it colored to shampoo it cause every time you wet your hair it opens up the cuticle so give time to seal in the color.
